LIU Brooklyn to CITY TECH

Hi, I am currently a freshman undergrad at LIU Brooklyn, majoring in Nursing. I am thinking about transferring to City tech because the amount of loans I have to borrow for LIU is no joke. If I stay for the next four years I may be in 100k+ loans. So now I'm looking for a cheaper option (I know I should've may this decision sooner)

I was wondering if I could apply and transfer straight to City tech BSN without applying to their AAS program first? Also, do you have any tips or advices for the nursing program of City tech?
