LIU Brooklyn ABSN Fall 2022

Published

Hi. I didn't see anyone post a LIU Brooklyn forum for fall 2022 so thought I would start one.

Just got my acceptance in the mail today! Just seeing if anyone on the same boat and want to discuss about the program further?

In the email it states that all prereqs need to have a B + or higher to get into or start the program

Intro to Psychology, Developmental Psychology,  Intro Sociology or Anthropology, Intro to Chemistry, Intro to Biology, Anatomy and Physiology I, Anatomy and Physiology II, Micro Biology,  Math (algebra or higher),  Statistics

these are the prereqs ^

Does anyone know anyone who attended this program? Any feedback at all in regards to the pace, professors, accommodations, overall environment of the school?

I got in, did anyone else?

Congrats! I’m having a hard time contacting someone to fix my application I didn’t realize I applied for Spring 2022

Your best bet would to be to reapply !
the waiver code is BKLN22 !

Okay I’ll just do that. Thank you! I’m anxious because I just got accepted to Suffolk and I only have 7 days to save my seat. I much rather go to LIU but not sure if they will get back to me in time

I heard back in about 4 days with a decision ! So hopefully that’s the same with you

Got accepted to traditional as well!

Congrats!
I wanted to speak to someone about the traditional program, since I have all the prereqs needed

I wonder if we would have to do the full 4 years or not

Thanks! And tbh I hope not?!? I’m under the impression as a transfer student I’d only do 2 hopefully

you know if they care for repeated classes?

I hope that’s the case, I want to make sure before I make a decision!
they don’t care if you repeated a course. I just know now accepted into the program you can’t fail a class

I know!! So happy because I was rejected from about 5 schools because of my repeated classes! Lmk what they say. I really curious as well.
