I want to buy me a new stethoscope, one that I can actually hear out of. Can anyone that has this stethoscope the pros and cons. I have been trying to research it, I just want to make the right decision.

Hi,
I've got the Master Classic -- I think it's a great scope and paid about $75 for it -- the Master Cardiology is supposed to be better but costs about $150....do you need more than an assessment scope?

I have the master cardiology; got it after two I used in school left me feeling I wanted something better for the real world. Glad I have it, it's amazing. There are no cons.
Anyway, there's only about a hundred threads on this exact, identical topic, so just hitting "search" and plugging in the key words will get you what you want to know. If you want to compare Littmans to each other, 3M has a handy guide on its site, comparing them rather well by capabilities, acoustics, expected uses, etc.

Hi I have master cardiology and just love it. I can hear anything with it no troubles. I had mine engraved when I got it for theft purposes, no complaints at all. Its heavier then your average steth, but not a problem you get used to it fast around your neck
