Do a preliminary search and see which of those topics has the most in the literature. No sense spending precious time looking for topics which are not yet well studied. (This IS a good way to find a niche for future research however.)
The biggest challenge in doing a lit search and review is key words. Developing a list of good key words is so critical to success. This is one area where brainstorming with someone not as involved in your ideas is most helpful.
For example, I do research around sleep, fatigue and circadian disruption related to shift work. I have a keyword list to remind me of all the hits generated and new keyword suggestions.

hey all I badly need help in deciding a topic for my literature review. I really want to do something in oncology as my mum has cancer and was thinking something with cancer related fatigue, febrile neutropenia or fertility management for young women with breast cancer. I would really appreciate all ideas and suggestions to do with all or one of these areas thank you
