how would you go about listing your references if this is the case -
your old manager left a couple months ago, you had a “sit in” manager and now you have a brand new manager who you haven’t even met. You used to have an assistant NM, but she moved to a different role now. You also have a unit supervisor over your particular unit, who is basically like a step down from manager status, but still holds some kind of “authority” if you will but isn’t the actual nurse manager.
Are you referring to personal references? Or persons that can verify your employment? If the former, these should be individuals that know you well, and can speak to your personal characteristics. If the latter, I would list the individual that was the manager when I left.
