List of Narcotics to be Double Locked

Can anyone give me a website that lists Scheduled II Narcotics that need to be double locked and counted? Could you tell me if the following are categorized as Narcotics?

1. Propo-N/APAP

2. Diazepam

3. Lorazepam

The regulation says something like the facility must have a separately locked permanently affixed compartment for the storage of controlled drugs listed in the Schedule II Comprehensive Drug Abuse and Prevention Control Act of 1976 and OTHER DRUGS SUBJECT to abuse EXCEPT when the facility uses a single unit packaging and the quantity is minimal, and a missing dose can readily be detected...but you gotta watch that "drugs subject to abuse thing..." there are alot of drugs that are not schedule 2 and are more abused.....
