List 3 indications of adverse effects of polypharmacy

I have 3 just wondering if I was right. 3 adverse effects of polypharmacy.

1) Nausea

2) Vomitting

3) Death----not sure if this is right.

Bradypnea, and bradycardia from too many CNS depressants, pain meds, & antianxiety drugs. Would those be indications?

You're very welcome. Some days I'm good, other's I'm rotten at it. But my pharmacology instructor drilled that into our heads, check patient's the breathing before giving narcotics, and the apical pulse before digoxin. Those ABC's again.
