Where has the Cape Plan link to a site here on the internet gone to?

It was an excellent site but I didn't save it to my faviourites as I always came through this site to access it with the link.

Now I can't find it!!!!

Help!

Does anyone know where it is???

i know that the links to the individual nursing diagnosis pages are listed on the second thread because i checked it not too long ago. there are two care plan constructor sites that you can access on the internet:
