I will be starting the lpn program in July also. I have read bad reviews about the school but I personally know someone who attended the school and she loved it. She saids if you study and set your mind to the work you will get good grades, and pass the nclex. The only problem with the school is the clinical.

I hope you both are enjoying the program?? I am a current student ( 1st quarter ) and I am... its just alot of study and applying your SELF no matter that else is going on around you! Good LUCK!
I actually did not start because of financial reasons... But I am trying to get my situation down packed so I can maybe start the day program the end of sep. How are the classes quia123? I've heard students just sit and read from a textbook... Would u recommend anyone going thru with it?

Hi guys, i was in center of allied for almost 2 trimestrs and i withdrawal from that program, it was very horrible expirience for me( i lost a lot of money) but im not stoping and i already applied to lincoln tech for december part-part time program, i decided to go slow, because full time is very hard ,no life.
Hello anoli88... I still have a chance to get into the day program at Lincoln tech but I'm also looking into the center for Allied health and nursing. The tuition is cheaper in that (cahn) school and in Lincoln after you get into the program there is no way out. How bad was that other school?
well the difference btwn 2 schools is 3K not that much. Well there was a lot of things that shocked me that every try to take exit exam in Allied school u need to pay 500$ which i didnt know till i got to the 2nd trimestr. 1st trimestr was ok eventhough the teacher was horrible, she got sick at the end of the trimestr she took sickleave so 50 of us have to be in one class together. After u get in no one cares about u, if u not the favorite one its hard to survive. the passing grade is 80 if ur final grade for the class will be less than 75 u out from school without any chance to repeat.
O wow... Well when I called cahn I was told the tuition was 20,000... I'm leaning more towards Lincoln tech just because it's closer. Why don't you just do the day program and finish in a year rather than take two years to do? I also read in reviews you have to pay 1000 before starting class. Is this true? Thankz for your info :)
I dont want to do the full time again its very overwhelming and its to much information ! for allied it was 500$ before u start, for lincoln they told me 150$
I live in new York so going to cahn would be impossible since we have to be there at 7. I will be attending Lincoln tech in sep. Good luck on your journey. And thankz :)
i was traveling from NY for 6 months, u get use to it =) thanx u too
I have a question. How did you get over there if the nj transit buses don't start until 7:10?
