I just enrolled in the LPN program at MCI and was curious as to what I can do to obtain my RN afterwards. I'm starting to doubt that going to MCI is a good idea because I've heard from a few people that a lot of my credits from MCI will be no good in an RN program. Any suggestions???

The information you got was correct that's why I decided against them and RSHT. My advice is to call the board of nursing and they will tell you about those programs...those credits will not be accepted in a RN program good lucK..... http://www.dhp.virginia.gov/

MCI just started an RN program. I am getting ready to enroll in the next class. Also, there are many programs that will allow you to go LVN to RN and all that matters is that you have your LVN. Many of these are accelerated or have accelerated programs.
