I am a single 30 yr-old working mother in the business field and my life-long dream has been to become an RN. I looked into going back to school several years (10) ago, but was discouraged when most of the RN programs required full-time commitments.
I must work while going back to school, so if anyone knows of any schools or hospitals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that offer the ADN program part-time, I would love to know about it!!!! Or, if anyone has any suggestions how I can get into the nursing field to obtain my RN, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
Thank you for your time.

Perhaps the nurses over at the Texas Nurses Forum can help you with this question if you also posted it over there.

Welcome to this site! :)
Virtually all of the RN programs in DFW are full-time. There are only a couple of part-time options available, and they involve going through a part-time LVN program before bridging to the RN program. A school in Arlington offers a part-time LVN program and, once you earn your LVN license, you can attend the part-time RN/BSN program at Tarleton State University in Stephenville (if you are willing to drive).
Good luck!
