i got accepted, and i already paid $500 deposit. i got a phone call long time ago, but paid by the deadline. how is your teas score?

Congratulations for your acceptance into the college. You really need to answer these questions asap for those of us that are still waiting for the call. A friend of mine just received denial letter last week, thus that mean they are not sending no more acceptance letter. When exactly did you receive the call, for which semester are you intend to start, what is your test score, when did you take the test and what is your gpa and what do you think they are really looking, what did they asked you at the interviewand what was your answer to the question given. Did they call you to come in for interview or did they just send you and acceptance. please tell us the way it goes. You are the first person l will hear from so far conserning been accepted. Do they just start the interview or what.

Shortly after they received my test scores they called me in for an interview . ( i sent on Thursday, they called for schedule a interview on Monday) it was in April( forgot the date). the lady who interview me is very nice, she called me a few times.

As I arrived to the school, I was greeted by DG, which I was very happy to meet personally after talking to her on the phone a few times. She is even sweeter in person.she is the interviewer which again, immediately put me at ease and it felt more like a conversation, than an interview. The questions, she said, were intended to get to know the applicants better and . she let me to call her if i got any quesitons. sorry i did not make a call. ( ause i have to prepare another interview).

JS called me to pay for deposit in May ( sorry i forgot the date). i waited until i got a former letter to let me do whatever..

my teas score is : 89 and 86. My bs GpA is : 3.65

English is my second language i didnt do well in reading. but i got accepted

Well i will say that i am the odd man out on this one. I scored a 70% on the Teas exam. My gpa is 2.89 and my grades for the night program are as follows eng A-, A&p 1 and 2 B, psy A-, microbio A, and devel psy C+. I called LICH 2 weeks ago and my app was sent for review. I received a call on 5/19 for an interview on 5/20. The interview was ok, but i got flustered on the essay that they ask you to write that i knew about in advance from reading the blogs on here. In the end whatever i did worked cause i got my call today to say that i have been accepted for the fall of 2010. You don't have to be an A student to get into LICHSON. You have to be of a certain quality. You have to want to be a great nurse, know that you can and go for it. Don't get me wrong good grades count, but obviously they look at more than that. I didn't have any volunteer experience, but i worked for a GI doctor for 9 years up until 3/2010. There are so many variables that can make someone a good candidate for LICHSON. So to all who read this keep trying.

Sorry to all that has replied to my mail for not getting in touch, l was out of the country for two weeks. you know what surprised me about lichson is that you don't know their requirement because a friend of mine received a rejection letter stating that her application was incomplete without telling her what was missing. After three weeks she decided to call them and asked them why in case of another time. You know they did not see the reason why and they told her to wait for their call for interview. the following week she was interviewed. What l learnt about this is you just have to be on top of them, as people has said earlier and up till now l haven,t receive any call. l guess l may have to call them too. If ther are any other poeple out there that has gotten accepted and you are reading this blod please write something for us that are still waiting for the call

I also got accepted to the fall 2010 day program. Congrats to those who also got accepted. I received an email about Freshman Day 2010 but there was no attachment. I called the school and was told the problem would be fixed in a day. That was a week ago. Did anyone receive information about Freshman Day 2010 yet? I know school starts mid August and getting a little nervous because I don't have any information on Freshman Day yet. Thanks

Sorry, no I got accepted the end of May and paid my deposit right away. I just started receiving emails two weeks ago about getting my physical, uniforms and books and then an email on freshman day but the email on Freshman Day didn't have any other information on it. It just said "Freshman Day 2010" and that was it. No other information. I think school starts mid Aug. but I don't know anythin about orientation or making up my class schedule.

Does anyone know the application process for lichson 2011 because someone told me she attended the open house and they said you have to wait untill you receive your test result before sending the application, that you have to send a completed application including your test result. How far is this true.ASAP

just want to let you know I will be gratuating LICHSON this coming May if God willing.

However, most if not all of their very good professors HAVE BEEN LEAVING the school...and more will leave after this coming year's promotion...There is something very wrong with their politics and administration. Otherwise is a great school:lol2:
