License verification for endorsement to California

So I sent in my application for RN licensure by endorsement to California the 1st week of December. According to UPS, my application packet reached the CA board of nursing on Dec.7th. My cash was checked Jan 27th. And just just this week, March 15th, I received a letter from the board saying that I was missing one thing: I did not have an active current GA RN license.

GA board of nursing does not participate in NURSYS so I had mailed the GA BON with a $25 check and a letter requesting they send verification of my active GA RN license to CA back in Dec. Well, the proof of my license they sent to CA did not reflect the fact that I had renewed my license set to expire on Jan 31st of this year 2016 and so, California thinks my license is not current when in actuality, my license is currently active and expires in 2018.

Since last year, I had planned to move to CA in April. And I am not about to send another paper form to GA to send a letter to CA as who knows how long that will take!? Since GA BON has an electronic portal accessible to anyone who wants to verify any GA RN's license, I sent an e-mail as well as faxed the CA board to let them know that. And I requested that since my license is active and current, and that's the only thing missing, to please go ahead and issue my license by endorsement. They never pick up the phone, and they never reply to my e-mails. Should I do anything else besides just wait?
