Have a question, I am a LPN in LA and would like to know what I need to do to work in OK? Some states you have to retest or just apply for a license.

All that is required is a transfer from your state to ours!!
And welcome, it is hot but you should be used to hot!
In my opinion (and we all know what that is woth) best state in the Union!!!

Interstate change of licensure, you can probably obtain the forms from your local nursing board andit does take a little time so be prepared.

Thanks for your reply, but things have changed for me and I won't be going to OK. I was going to go take care of my Aunt who had terminal cancer, but she went sooner than expected. I was only there six days when she passed. Again, thanks for your reply.

I am from Paso Robles, came here dto go to College on a Indian Grant, I've been stuck here since 2002, don't even thnk about coming to Oklahoma, the state sux, poor economy, poor working conditions, archaic laws, stay in a progressive- advanced state, one with realistic ideas of how people should be treated, I'm leaving this state as soon as I get my child support matters takern care of, RN for 17yrs.
