I think I answered you in another thread :) But I'll answer it here too.
The BON really does determine these things on a case-by-case basis, so there's no way to really know what they'll do with your license. You could always call or drop the BON an anonymous e-mail and ask for guidance.
Unfortunately, some BONs require that you report convictions even if they were expunged. I don't recall them saying anything about whether to report anything sealed. You can usually find out the guidelines for disclosing criminal history on the BON's website. If you are unclear at all, your best answer is to call/e-mail your BON and find out what they need reported.
Best of luck!
No one can answer that for 2 reasons.....
1. You didn't say what the convictions were.
2. It is board dependent.
From what I have seen, stips come for those with drug or alcohol related infractions for the most part.
I had misdemeanors(theft by check)....I got my FL license with no problem and a chat with the Board for SC for my endorsement. I have had no problems getting a job in either state.

i had a criminal record/s that were sealed and the other expunged, these are no longer public records according to the law and i have a clean background now. my question is when my license is issued, will i have stipulations? i understand their decisions are done by case to case basis. any insight on this? thank you!
