license status: failed/rejected (IL)

Hi can anyone help me? I live in IL

Took the NCLEX 7/24 and passed, got my pass letter around 8/4 and sent the $50 about 2days later. Randomly went on the idfpr and found that I could see my license status. It says its "failed/rejected" under the "verify fees" requirement. Does anyone know what this could mean? I paid all the fees that I needed to to apply for the NCLEX, excluding the $50 license application that was sent about a week ago. If anyone has experienced the same thing please let me know! I'm planning on calling them tomorrow first thing. I don't have a criminal record or anything like that, so I don't know what else would cause this.

I would advise you either emailing or calling the people who told you this. I doubt if anyone here can help you.

The BON is the only entity who can answer that, as there are more than a few reasons that this may be. Contact them
