License endorsement to WI

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if any of you know how long it takes to transfer your license to Wisconsin. I can't seem to find that information anywhere :(

I am currently licensed in Illinois, but I'm moving to WI and having interviews. I mailed my application and fee last week, and also did the verification in NURSYS website. I just want to be able to work on whatever start date they give me if I get a job... Please let me know if you have endorsed your license in WI or know how long the process takes after sending all the paperwork! Thanks!!

Hi Elkim0035, I'm interested in WI from out of state and called the Board of Nursing Wisconsin in regards of this matter. I believe it takes 2 weeks or less is what she told me. I would advise to contact them to get the quickest information. What part of WI? I would love to keep in touch. Thanks!!

Thanks! 2 weeks isn't so bad, I'll call and ask again to make sure, though.

I'll be moving to Janesville WI, I just interviwed for this pediatric RN position and I really hope I get it!!

How was your experience endorsing to WI from IL? Im currently licensed in IL, planning on moving to WI in may, already sent my form and feed a couple days ago and di verification through Nursys....
