Hi! Yes. I uploaded all of the documents right after I paid for the application.
documents: 2x2 photo, prc license, diploma, TOR, SSN, green card, passport old and new (they require the passport you have during your nursing school) - all pages, and explanation letter as to why I do not have a passport during my nursing school.
They reviewed my application after 2 weeks and then you will know the deficiences. At first, I needed the international verification which is the apostille. But it was later on removed because I uploaded my prc license and diploma. I suggest you also request all of the documents from your school before waiting for the california BON's reply of your deficiencies. The key is to upload everything so you don't have to wait longer.
@chelsea tarcathanks for responding! I don't have a PRC license as I didn't take my RN exam in Philippines after I graduated I came back here in California. I only went there to do my nursing class since the waitlist here is longer way back. However, I took my NCLEX for a different state and is RN there. Now, I'm doing my endorsement in California and the board is requesting my international verification, ssn, passport, foreign license and diploma. I just submitted everything except for the TOR (which my school is currently working still) and the international verification since I'm not sure where to get it. Did you get your CA license yet? And they accept the other requirements to just be uploaded straight to breeze by yourself? Thank you so much!
Hi! I uploaded everything straight to breeze except for the docs required from the school. I suggest you should ask your school for the international verification form. Ask your school regarding apostille. I'm sure they have a knowledge about it. You'll need to have someone get that from DFA PHILIPPINES after being processed from prc.
we requested expedite but they said they don't do it since they have to manually look for my file. They just completed all my request including the CAV for CHED now it's another waiting game for it to come back and I believe once the documents are back from CHED I need to have someone bring that personally to DFA right? And does the DFA send it to BRN themselves or my representative?

Hi, I am in the same boat. They are requesting international verification of license and my country are not doing that anymore to reduce the brain drain due to nurses migrating in drones. Was your license expired when you upload or it was still active? Also, did you have to send anything from the Nursing council?

Hello, I'm from the Philippines and also a registered nurse from that country. I have uploaded my diploma and philippines nursing license to the breeze account. Now, its asking me for the international verification form. I would like to ask if I should submit that or wait for them to review the uploaded documents since they only sent an email with the initial evaluation. Thank you
