Hello :) A question for those of you who have gone through the process of applying to MSN programs:
Most schools require 2-3 letters of reference from school instructors or work supervisors. I am considering three schools and each have a different method of delivery for these recommendations (CAS, online form, sealed envelope, etc). I just recently graduated from my BSN program and although I would like to start on my MSN this fall or spring, I am realistic about my chances of getting into one of these programs with no experience.
How did you handle asking for references? I guess I'm feeling awkward about not only asking them to take the time to navigate three different delivery methods, but also the prospect of asking them to do this again for Spring registration!
Thanks in advance for your advice :)

I had talked to my manager and assistant manager early on regarding the different types of delivery for each school. (I had a nursingcas as well as certain schools would send a link via-email) I had a list of the schools typed out, how the references would need to be received and the due dates. I tried to make it as easy as possible for them. They were really understanding with the process and most have been through it as well so they know!
Hope that helps!

Allow me to make a suggestion: Have a working draft of your statement of purpose and a resume/CV ready by the time you ask your recommenders officially because many will want to see those in order to add depth to the recommendation letter.
