When applying for new grad RN jobs do you attach your letter of recommendations or should you just wait until you are asked to interview?
I ask this because I noticed some healthcare systems post jobs for their various hospital locations through one website limiting users to only 5 attachments.

I think it just depends. Some sites specify specific slots on their document upload page where you can upload LOR. Others don't, and will just accept the transcript. I feel like I would wait until the interview, but then again, what if I never get the interview and the letter could get me that? If you have the letters on hand, you might as well upload them. It's worth a shot.
