@skazmi111 if you go in , I’m sure they will tell you. They told me I was in before I recieved the email but I was eager to receive my email so I could show my family

@BasicBaccularete, please do tell who to speak to know of status?

@ILoveGreen, I recommend you print it, sign it , then fax it .. then call to confirm that they received it. I emailed them my response like 4 times & they kept saying something was wrong .. so I ended up printing it & brought it in person

Thank you! I emailed my form but I think I should go in person on Monday. I also will ask for permission for HIN269 for fall semester.

@ILoveGreen yes do so , let me what what they say about the permission for HIN 269.. I feel like they are going to make us wait until registration to allow us any permission. Either during orientation or in the orientation packet

Congrats to everyone who's received an acceptance! Make sure to get started on your health clearance forms as soon as possible.

I was able to take HIN 269 during Summer 2018. A few people I know were given permission prior to orientation to take HIN 269 during Fall 2018. Hopefully they'll do the same for you guys.

@CN101 do you recommend taking Hin 269 in the summer or the fall with the other nursing classes ? Aren’t they supposed to automatically enroll us in HIN 269 when they are making our schedules or do we need to ask to take a class that they know we need regard?

Yes, It is hard you cannot do it on your own without support from your classmates. If people feel they cannot trust you or the way you talk to people is *** word gets around. We are a cohort, we talk all classes together its not like pre-reqs where its different peole in each class.

The line I bolded is extremely lame. Ganging up on someone because of an interaction they had with one individual or because they rubbed a single person the wrong way is very juvenile.

Did anyone receive a letter today ? Asking for a friend

Hi guys,

I just left nursing department of Lehman. They said they are not sending emails today because the lady responsible for emails left early today due to some reason so they will send emails tomorrow.

Yes, I recommend taking it in the summer and getting it out of the way. That way you'll have more time to study for your other nursing classes. From what I know, you need to go to the department and request permission to take the class. They won't automatically enroll you in 269. A lot of people didn't do that for Fall 2018 and had to take it during Winter 2019. I definitely do not recommend waiting until the Winter. Take it now if you can and if not, definitely take it during the Fall.

Sorry to butt in. It may be childish but it is the truth. I have seen it firsthand. People don't necessarily "gang up" on the other person, but they are very cautious with their interactions with this person.
