Lehman Accelerate/ABSN - SUMMER/2019

Hi all, I have applied to Lehman Accelerate Nursing Summer/2019 program and I am wondering if anyone has a time frame how long it will take to get a final decision?

How long did it take to receive decision ? Anyone from ABSN/2018?

Niceee Congrats! I applied to the accelerated and haven’t received any email from them yet. Was the decision all via email?

Yes, they are communicating by email (personal and school). What is your GPA?

I have a 3.9 gpa. Passed every section on the Hesi with an Overall of 92% too.

You should be in too. Better call and verify. I know someone with GPA 3.75 that was accepted to the program

3.9 GPA undergraduate or 3.9 prerequisite GPA?

From what I know, they start out with (highest prerequisite GPA) and use the Hesi as a tiebreaker.

They disregard the undergraduate GPA as a factor to get into the program.

You should contact them to verify. Check spam folder as well.

Yes 3.9 for the prerequisites. I sat with an advisor in the nursing department before handing in my application and told me I should not have a problem getting in but now I’m concerned since I haven’t heard back. Good idea I’ll verify and check spam as well. Thank you guys!

Has anyone caught sight of the posting outside of the Nursing department? Does it state that students applying for the Generic program will be notified by May 15 or June 15? Is it possible for someone to possibly take a picture of the notice?

if you haven't yet bought your Lehman's uniform top: i ordered two because I was not sure what size I actually need (the sizing chart puts me at a S but in most tops/dresses i wear a M or L). I will have either a M or an S women's that I don't need, if someone wants to buy it and save herself the high shipping costs they charge ($12). The co. told me it should definitely arrive before ABSN orientation day.

Hey. I created a facebook group for our class. We will spend the next 15 months together. I think will be easier to keep in touch with all... We can share material and help each other out. Please, only for people that have been accepted to the accelerate program Summer/2019!
