[Nursing career professional]

This is happening to me in the state of Florida. I have worked my whole life until returning to Florida in late 2019. The state nursing refused to reinstate my inactive license last used from 2009- 2014 unencumbered. They gave me a new license but list only my inactive license on lookup without demographics. Another state nursing board tried to warn me as the Florida board attempted to have me denounce my RN status from the other state as part of reapplication.  This would have effectively castrated my NP license. I got through that but would find out that a physician in Florida that previously employed me some time ago,  made illegal stmts, used my NPI after I left, and committed insurance fraud against me. The same office attacked me on arrival back to Florida in 2019 by having local law enforcement illegal tape me in a job interview per fake offer of employ. Since then, the local law enforcement has alerted all state agencies and prospective employers that I am not to be employed ever. The law enforcement has continued to cyberstalk and defame me to all businesses that I attempt to use. They have attempted to frame me, thereby label me, and criminalized me. They give false background by report of false hints at my identity. They have private businesses, my financial institutions, private citizens report and avail my personal data to them. My peers and acquaintances have deserted me. My mother stands with me alone.  This is abuse of power and civil rights. Local lawyers have been told not to help me as I have tried. I have been stripped of all American, civil, human rights. Let me be clear here, I have no court case or illegal activity against me or pending any charges. My license are all clear and unencumbered in every state. This is ILLEGAL. Law enforcement does not have the right to do this to a citizen and all involved are acting illegally. My career is ruined with my reputation by these same authorities. I do not know where to turn as all avenues are blocked. How?  Identity confusion. Someone else has the similar name but does not have my credentials or experience. Yet, people believe authorities and how can one person stand against so much corruption. Due process has been denied me on every front. I am unemployed and facing homelessness. I am denied health insurance and care as They showed up at Walgreens Pharmacy and denied use of my state RX card or discounts by lies and lost my receipt after injection as stmt need to staple to paperwork then lost all paperwork. This type of abuse continues and I am a beast cancer survivor but my health is failing now as I have endured defamation and career sabatoge since 2016 as fall out from attacks by those who did commit illegal activities against me and remain protected by the same state and now federal agencies/authorities.  This is a true story of human abuse here in America by those sworn to protect. Just trying to tell my story from total isolation. P.S. I have no psych history just the cancer. This is a sad evolving country from a career healthcare worker perspective who is facing and standing against severe abuse. I can prove everything but need help where there is none as I guess All my effort in this life is tossed away as worthless, my schooling/experience.  What is our worth when society begins to eat itself to protect the corrupt and wealthy?  Wealth is comparitive and measured by more than just financials. The abuse goes further than my narrative. This kind of human abuse of power is heady to those allowed to weld it without challenge or check and the best reason to have a republic not a democracy. The difference being the republic is governed by the people under a constitution not by the ruling administration. The constitution is not being upheld in my case and my story will become that of many more if we do nothing but deny the existence of such abuse from those who are purported to protect. I intend to stay strong to my end to tell my story. I state this , End, as others abused like Robert Mayes have lost it under duress. This is the abusers intent and end game to label and create a vigilante death of those perceived as deserving without reason of due process right or wrong. A lot to swallow but all true. A man recently told me he could careless about such unjust abuse as mine as it is rare. So did Germany just prior to understanding the power welded against it's citizens and the world in WWII. We are no longer a free world if we turn a blind eye to common authority abuse and instead create a population who is hopelessly unemployed and enslaved by authorities. All deserve to prosper for their efforts or by employ. The fact that this is happening to career professionals, all races, educated, is urgently sad for the US and speaks volumes to the status of the US political future on the world wide front in all areas of human civility.  The federal government has also deemed me unemployable without cause.  I have spent years on application and have an encyclopedia of rejections. My expertise is rare and in demand but these authorities are there to watch and interfere with all offers. They are heady with their power to destroy not to protect. We are not allowed to casually label people in healthcare.  Also beware, I have been told by a large christian healthcare facility by the administration there as they willfully without contract collected my personal data stating full cooperating disclosure by local authorities as their right mine be damned.  I was a visitor. All have been warned against helping me and my mother.  We are not young. This is terrible and stressful and the abuse of two women, a career nurse with a known disability, seniors young n old, and a human civil rights concern evolving by those same groups guarding and sworn to protect with healthcare institutions cooperating with authorities at their unexpert direction. They do not care. Their power has been increased without check, attorney s are fearful,  and they are an army with infinite resource against a few. They believe they are superhero like but they are just criminals with a badge, an income, resource, and criminal or ignorance of support. We have only each other to stand against all. How very brave of them. Irony is sometimes all I have left. Thanks for your attention.

Sorry but none of this makes sense - meaning I cannot understand what you are saying. Paragraphs and grammar may help and also perhaps shorten it to main points.

Of course as you are a new user and this is your first post you may be spamming or trolling. Also sounds a tad paranoia.

If what you say is true (and I have no reason not to believe you), the stress of what you’re experiencing is no doubt affecting your ability to write in a concise, orderly fashion. Having said that, have you tried contacting the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union)? I have no first-hand (or even second-hand, to be quite honest) experience with them, but from what I’ve heard/seen of them in the media, they’re a pretty powerful organization. Another group that comes to mind who may be able to help you is the SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center.) Again, a pretty powerful organization, but as is the case with the ACLU, my knowledge of what the SPLC actually does and doesn’t do is rudimentary at best.
