I am working on a project in nursing school and I came across this paper discussing the number of NPs facing ethical issues.

I'd love to hear anecdotal examples of how ethics and legal challenges present in your day to day practice as NPs. How much do state regs limit you versus scope of practice? What issues arise in managed care that challenge your ethics? How are they different from challenges you faced as an RN?
