Super bummed not to have received anything. Did anybody here get an email today? Or even a rejection?

SF General January 2020 ED Training Program
I had an interview last week but haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if they postpone this program. SFDPH announced they would be hiring 100s of nurses and relaxing the hiring process in order to staff up for the coming COVID crisis. https://sfmayor.org/article/mayor-london-breed-announces-expedited-hiring-health-care-professionals-support-covid-19

SF General January 2020 ED Training Program
I received an email with my rank on 1/23, but nothing since then. I did reach out to the dept and was told that they are hoping to run the program in April. So... we're waiting. No idea whether my rank is high enough to get called in to interview. I had the 3rd highest score, but that is of course tied with a bunch of people with that same score. Anybody get a call to interview yet?

USC Keck New Graduate RN Residency Program April 2020
I received a questionnaire. It was more of a psychological profile assessing what kind of worker/teammate/employee you are. I received a request to fill it out a couple days following my application. Now, I am waiting to hear about interviews. I see that the program begins in April. Anybody have any idea when interviews will start?

Are you finding that you cannot add in your licenses and certifications via the online application? I know these applications are scored and I don't want to lose points.

When you uploaded your resume to the site, did it automatically pull your clinical experience in as "work experience"? And if so, did you leave it in or delete it? I feel like this system is not designed with this new grad program in mind.

Stanford New Grad RN Residency Fall 2019
For those of you who were granted interviews, what was your background like? Did you have healthcare experience? BSN? MSN? Clinicals or ties to Stanford? Trying to understand how my application could have been stronger. Congrats and Thanks!

Legal and Ethical Issues
I am working on a project in nursing school and I came across this paper discussing the number of NPs facing ethical issues. Ethical conflict in nurse practitioners and physician assistants in managed care. - PubMed - NCBI I'd love to hear anecdotal examples of how ethics and legal challenges present in your day to day practice as NPs. How much do state regs limit you versus scope of practice? What issues arise in managed care that challenge your ethics? How are they different from challenges you faced as an RN? Much obliged.
