Legacy Versant RN Residency - who's applying for this round?

U.S.A. Oregon

This is my third time applying, so here's hoping the third time is the charm. I graduated last June and will be finishing up my BSN at OHSU in June (with a 4.0!) and will have 9 months of home health experience with medically fragile children, so I'm hoping to have some chance this time around. If not, it's great interview experience, right?

I haven't heard a peep. I sure hope they let us know soon! I know you have to set up accomodations and a flight so I can imagine you will need some notice. Let us know if you hear anything![/quote']

Hope I'm blessed enough to get a final interview.

Hi there,

I too had my interview with Legacy at Table 3 for the NICU. I was beginning to lose hope since I haven't heard anything. Glad to hear this is normal. I just moved up here from San Diego. Hopefully we'll all hear something soon!

I think it'll probably be at least another week. I just had a phone screening interview yesterday, and it sounded as if they still have a number of phone interviews to go.

Good luck to you. I had 2 phone interviews with them in the past that never got me anywhere.

Thanks Av03. I don't expect it to go anywhere. It was a mediocre interview.

Good luck to you as well, I know you really want it and went the extra mile (or hundreds of miles) for the interview.

Any word yet? This waiting sucks.

Has anybody heard about getting a final interview yet?

Yeah little worried I am not going to get a final interview....they start Monday.....good luck to those of you who do (:

Specializes in Med Surg, Home Health.

I'm thinking they haven't contacted many people for the 2nd interview yet, because usually someone on allnurses will fess up once the calls start coming.

Good luck to all!

I haven't either. I remember them saying that if we would not be chosen we would hear something 3 weeks before the start date of February 25th (which is after the second interview). I am thinking they do that so if the second interview choices don't work out or sign the agreement, they have back up choices. Getting less and less hopeful every day. : ( Were the interview dates Jan. 7-11th?
