I have not got a second interview yet.... a friend of mine got a call back for Progressive Care.

Hi folks. I just graduated from the residency program at the end of June. One reason things might be going a little slower this year is that the RN who ran the program is leaving the position and has to train her replacement. 40 is a big group! We were only 28. There is a lot of coordinating between different departments and managers to make the residency program work. If you get in, congratulations!

I applied for this round of the residency program too. I had a phone interview for critical care. Has anyone heard back for a second interview yet?
