I haven't seen a thread for this cycle so if one already exists, please direct me to it!

Anyone here apply and get invited to the first round interview on November 16th?

I was also in the 830 group! Hopefully one of us gets a call back!

I have a few regrets about not trying to interview for Mt Hood locations but I feel good about the interviews I did. I interviewed L&D at Emanuel, ER at Good Sam, and Peds.

I find it interesting that every year the legacy rn residency thread has pages of conversation, this year no one said much about it.

I found the question about a time in which you had poor interaction/communication with a patient challenging. I wish we didn't have to meet with our top choice first because I bombed the first interview and killed the rest

Same here. That question took some thinking.

The timeline for the rest of the process seems weird. Like, it's already mid-November so I wonder how quickly they'll be contacting people for a second interview.

She told me that the numbers of open positions can change throughout the process so maybe that's why it's so broad? I just want to make sure I can afford airfare for a second interview!

I was in the 10:30 group, definitely a lot of people! I also felt I bombed the first interview. I am hoping to hear sooner rather than later. Good luck you guys, hopefully one of us can snag a spot.
