HI! This as my first time applying and interviewing for Versant. I applied to pediatric acute care units. A bit of a long shot since none of my clinicals were in pediatrics though. Now the waiting begins.

I went for three totally different fields í ½í±€í ½í¸³ ED/ICU, Women's care, and NICU. ED and Women's care sounded very impressed. NICU just didn't pick up on any of my answers if I didn't specifically phrase them using the words from the question. For example after saying the situation and what I realized I should have done instead, she asked: so what would you do differently?! It was a bit awkward...but it wasn't the unit manager because they don't have one on that unit at this time. I really liked the older lady interviewing for Emmanuels ED. She was so down to earth and open. Asked her own questions to get to know me. Loved it. Overall it was a GREAT experience. 4 interviews in an hour sounds good to me í ½í¸

Wow! Good for you! Ya, mine were chill too but I'm not exactly sure what they're looking for , ya know? It wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be though.

I applied, interviewed with the intermediate care unit, the TRACU, the ICU and the ED. It was a weird way of interviewing and I have no idea how I did. Just hoping for a second interview. Good luck guys!! When are we supposed to start hearing?

According to the sheet they gave out at the interview, we could be contacted anywhere from mid November to early January. Gosh that would be horrible to have to wait until January. It would be nice to know sooner than later so you can move on.

I wanna hear too. If anyone hears please post. I'm thinking they will contact later rather than sooner considering they contacted regarding the first interviews fairly last minute... so I'm thinking mid December...

Just an FYI... I heard Med-Surg has already called and given seconds interviews and acute pediatrics. No call on my end for pediatrics yet but still hopeful. So, it looks like the ball is rolling in some departments.
