Why do I say this, because I have seen it 1st hand. LMH will offer you unicorns and rainbows, then they snag you with their hook. Most of the nurse's there will eat their young and not thing twice about it. LMH is very toxic and they only care about 1 thing, ok 2 things themselves and money.

Ok I won't ask you again. It seems like you can't explain yourself. Thank you for your reply.
I work there and love them so far. They are the largest game in town so full disclosure the pay isn't the greatest(Florida sucks anyway for rn pay) but since they are pretty much the only option they set the standard. It's more than some hospitals in the tri county area and less than most but not drastically.
But there is lots if opportunity for growth great benefits and my floor rocks so I have no complaints. It was the best choice I made career wise.

Okay, I hope someone can help me out with this. I live in Pennsylvania but I was invited to some meet-and-greet- by LMH, which is in my city. I'm wondering why this health system is coming all the way to Pennsylvania to find RNs. Does anyone have experience with this organization? Has anyone from a different state been hired by them before? What was the process like?
