Le Bonheur (Memphis, TN)

Hey, fellow nurses. I have a question concerning the job requirements for the hiring process at Le Bonheur in Memphis. I graduated nursing school in 2014 with my ASN degree. I've been working for almost two years. I'm looking to relocate. I live in Mississippi, and I've always desired to work with peds. I noticed on their website that it's required to have the BSN degree. I do plan on acquiring it once I'm able to. Are ASN nurses last to consider? If anyone has any advice or tips for me, I would greatly appreciate it. [Also, if anyone has worked or currently works at the hospital, how's the working environment?]. Thanks!
