Hello Everybody!!
I applied to LBCC's ADN program this past week and would like to connect with other students that also turned in their application for the upcoming spring term. I do not really know the selection process for the program, but my stats are listed below.
My stats:
Science GPA: 4.0
Overall GPA: 4.0
That is what I'm thinking as well. They take atleast 8 weeks to send them out. I posted here to see if she was only claiming to had recieved a letter, or if more people have received them. Seeing no one has so far puts me at ease since I haven't received anything either lol
do you know if that person applied for Fall 2018? maybe they were an alternate for Fall 2018 and got a last minute invite to start next week.

She is a girl my friend knows, I will ask her tomorrow. She just told me if I had received anything because that girl claimed she received her acceptance letter. The more I think about it the less I believe it, lbcc is super slow at making the picks lol
Hello Everybody,
I was wondering if any of you have started studying for the TEAS? If so, what are you guys using to study? If you have already taken it, do you have any pointers on what is the most difficult section, or what we should spend most of our time on?
Also, do you guys by any chance know what version of the TEAS it is supposed to be?
Thanks

I used the book ATI sells, as well as mometrix. TBH I don't feel like any of the two prepared me for the science portion of the test. Atleast my version had a lot of chemistry on it, it was also more physiology rather than anatomy. My friend (she's already in a nursing program at another school) told me the books helped her with the version of the test she had, since hers was more anatomy and life science based.

i'm using the ATI TEAS Study Guide and the Mometrix book, along with my Anatomy, Physiology, and Chemistry notes i saved from the previous semesters. The version that LBCC will only accept is ATI TEAS 6.

I took it last year and got a 90 overall score. I was so focused on math and science, that I felt short on the reading comprehension aspect. It took me a lot of my time just reading through (80% ) if you give yourself enough time to study youll be fine. All I used to study was a few questions found on those free website but mostly on this book recommended by a friend. It was the ati teas secret study guides book by mometrix. My version had some chem, basic physio, more anatomy than anything. You can find it on amazon.
