Lawson state community college summer 2015

Published

I did some research on alabama schools and wanted to start a nursing program in the summer of 2015. I finished all of the required classes needed and took the teas. I got a 64 on the test and took some classes over to get all A's. I saw on the application that if you take some classes over within 48 months the points are cut in a half. Is that true?

Can someone please give me some advice on this issue.

I too am applying for both the rn and the lpn program for the summer. I was already in a nursing program this past fall but had to withdraw because of financial reasons. I chose a school in Alabama because they will let you sit for the nclex pn after completing the third semester of nursing classes, unlike georgia. I hope that I am accepted into either program this summer. I scored a 66 on the teas so don't feel bad.

I am planning to take my teas test in Feb. I hate that the went up an extra $30 on the teas test

Hi, do you think it's a bad idea to start in the summer?
