Hey my nursing brethren. I'm in school full-time so I pick up PRN and agency at facilities around the DFW metroplex. Because the agency was sending me to some shady places I've been leaning more towards my PRN job. I love it. I love the staff, I love the work, and I love the ease of the facility. What I don't like is that my relief consistently comes to work 30 to 45 minutes late. I mentioned to the scheduler that I will be picking up less shifts because of this constant tardiness. They have since ghosted me. I've seen a lot of toxic cultures in nursing facilities, and this is not the worst. But it still shouldn't be allowed. Any thoughts?
