LAHC ADN Fall 2021

Hello everyone, I haven't seen any forums for LAHC ADN (Fall 2021) so I decided to make one. The latest email I have received from them was last week (April 5 2021) and it was about asking for TEAS scores. Feel free to share your stats and to comment to stay updated! ?

We have to email or grant them access through castle branch. If I get a response ill update this thread.

I still haven’t received any further information/emails regarding orientation. Hopefully we hear from them soon! Super excited! Also, how long did it take for Castlebranch take to complete the background check?

For me it took 1 day to process then 3 days to complete the check. It will show on your dashboard and castle branch will email you that it’s finish.

Thanks! I placed the order this past Monday, and my results came in yesterday, so I sent them to the college right away. Has nursinginfo emailed you to confirm they received your background check results?

I emailed them my background check 1 week ago and haven't received a response. I sent a follow up email on the morning of 21st so Im hoping that they would reply by this coming week.

I’ll probably follow up with them as well, just to make sure they have received them. Hopefully we hear from them soon!

As long as you followed LAHC's instructions and received confirmation from Castlebranch saying that your background check is completed, then you should be fine.

Thanks! They just said if someone drops out of the program, then an alternate gets the spot. I don't know if it's the case, but I feel like it's first come, first serve.

So I got a response from my follow up email that they received my background check. During orientation they will go over our documents and if any of you guys need official transcripts still sent, send them to the admissions and records at LAHC. Hope this helps anyone!

Is anyone else having issues registering for classes? I signed up for N313 lecture and lab perfectly fine, but the system won't let me enroll into N321 because there is a time conflict with N313 lab. I noticed N321 is almost full, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this issue because it seems most of the cohort already signed up.

Hello, I just checked N321 right now and it is not full. There are 39 open seats out of 40. I only registered for N313 (lab and lecture) because for N321, we need to be registered for BOTH N313 and N315. We can't register for N315 yet since we're waiting for the email.

Hey! Thanks for responding back so quickly. Yeah I just realized I read it completely wrong. I read it as 39 out of 40 seats were taken. I feel like a dummy. Sorry, it’s been a long day at work and I barely got a chance to sit down and register. I just panicked when I saw in her email that we can now register for both N313 and N321.  Thanks for the clarification! ?
