Nursing Students School Programs

Updated:   Published

Has anyone applied to LAGCC for the fall 2021 semester? I applied a few months ago, but the wait has been so long and lonely ?. It would be nice to connect with others who have applied as well.

Good luck.  I think last semester they had to many repeaters and they had to reject some people in the RN program with Covid and all.  Hopefully not to many people failed this semester.  Remember to stay ahead of the readings the answer is always in the book.  74.5 is your friend.  I don't know if you are going to the LPN or RN program there.  Also take as many questions as you can for example books from Saunders and Lippincott.  To see where you need to reread or whatever.

Thank you so much for your advice! I heard it will be harder when get in program.I actually applied to LPN, forgot to mention that. Hopefully I will get in ?

Specializes in Nursing.

RN program and you

Same here...hoping my GPA and TEAS scores are high enough

Specializes in Nursing.

Good luck to us

Yeah, all the best to you ?

I'll come back with an update.

I applied to LPN. My GPA 3.6 with a 90.4 TEAS score. I plan to go RN bridge in the future, not sure how much GPA they need, but hopefully by then my GPA still in a OK level to apply.

Good luck for you both ?
