Lacharity book Info.....help needed

Hello everyone here. I see many people read that book. Can anyone tell me about that book in detail. edition, auther, ISBN no. and cost for lacharity book. I went to barens and nobel book store and they don't have it.

what is better to use? the nclex or medical surgical one?

I used the medical-surgical book, I bought it last year and at the time I believe it was the only option.
