LA Pierce (LAPC) Fall 2014

Has anyone else applied to LAPC for Fall 2014 entry? I LOVE how they have already sent out 2 emails! The wait for acceptance letters is driving me cray!

Congratulations! ! Which school did u got accepted? If Pierce will accept you, which one would u choose?

Thnx!!! I applied everywhere! Santa Ana, redwoods, pierce, harbor, cerritos, PCC and mt sac was the only school I was accepted to! I live n oc so even if I get accepted there I will still choose mt sac. What about u?

That's awesome that u already know for sure that u will start nursing program this fall! I applied to LA City College, LA Valley College, Pierce and County School. I am an alternate #44 at LACC ( pretty much rejected), Pierce nothing yet, Valley will send acceptance notifications in July. County supposed to let us know by may 15th, but based the previous semesters , its never happened. So most likely by June. I just want to know what am I doing next fall and summer. I cant plan any traveling because they will have some orientation or something going on.

If you are an alternate at LACC for fall will they automatically let you start for sure in Spring 2015? I heard that a lot of schools do that

I never heard that LACC doing that, they accept about 40 students and assign alternates up to 131( that's crazyyy) . Basically my last hope is county, they don't do lottery. They choose by points. I have pretty good chance to get into their program. Hopefully)

I'm not too far from you, # 157. At least I know that its rejection. Well, will wait for LA County school and see what happens)

Not sure. I got accepted to a bsn program so I will be forfeiting my spot Anyway.
