Just focus on those experiences/traits you possess as they will be of benefit to the employer and the specific position you wish to fill. keep it succint and to the point. bargainhound is right; to be too wordy likely will hurt you as most reviewers don't have time to wade thru many LONG, wordy resumes. i wish you the best of luck!!!!!:) :kiss

I don't know why but I am having a hard time writing that little summary blurb part about what your position entails ..... what do you include in yours?? Please help me out! I can't seem to get it to sound right, and don't know if I am including the right things or not. This goes for both my current L&D job as well as past nursing positions in med surg. The worst is when I was a travler and did something different on every assignment. I thought I had the resume thing all figured out but mine is just a mess. Your help is so appreciated!!
