Hello! I am going to be an LVN student soon in Aug 06 and I was wondering if it is really necessary to go along with some LVN or NCLEX-PN help book as the year goes along. Are there any good books or help guides or info cards out there on the market? If so, what are they? If not, are the materials the teachers teach out sufficient enough to pass the NCLEX test at the end of the program? I was thinking that the classes will give out soo much info and time consuming reading anways so why should I need to look at another book. Please reply back when you have time. Thanks so much. ~829~

Saunders & Kaplan's helped me out alot in actual preparation for the NCLEX and all through LPN school.

I used Saunders all through school. I just took my NCLEX on this past Monday, and passed!! Good luck!!! After graduation I created a study schedule and stuck to it. I studied 2 hrs a day, and used the computer disk to take the tests.
