Check with CHED, and please dont waste your time studying in a school who have not produced any nurses yet.Check also PRC, make sure that the school you are choosing have a high passing rate in the local boards.

If they haven't had any graduates go thru their doors yet, look for another program, especially if you are determined to work in the US. The Filipino government is taking a very close interest in any of the programs there, and especially if the nurse wants to leave. The US also has specific requirements that need to be met.

hi i am thinking of taking up nursing this june. ive some stupid questions (i'm totally in the dark about nursing still, i just know i want to take it up)
1. aside from the passing rates of the students, what else should i look for in
a GOOD nursing school?
2. what questions should i ask the registrar's/admissions about their school?
3. is there a site that lists which schools to go to (or more importantly: which
schools NOT to go to?)
4. im a 2nd courser, with a non-pre-med 1st degree, will it matter?
SORRY, i told you these are pretty stupid questions, but i just want to ask to help me decide. thank you
