knkRN2B-Need DET Tips

Hello everyone.

I am new here. I am in the process of enrolling in school for my lpn in Ohio. Is there anyone out there who has taken the DET for entrance in a LPN Program. Any advise on what to study or helpful tips and hints?

The DET math is basic: standard 4 functions plus fractions/decimals/percentages.

The English, OTOH, is a flaming beotch. Screwy subjective comma placements, wierd sentence structure questions, etc.

Buy a study guide. Your school should have one in the bookstore.

Thanks a bunch for your help I have heard that the english part was quite a trip. I am spending a lot of time studying the english piece.
