Kings-I used to work in the emergency department there. It is a busy hospital (one of the busiest in the country) but a good teaching hospital so you'll have many opportunities. I haven't heard great things about Barts. And kings is affiliated with a really highly regarded university (the top nursing school in England).
I was deciding between both NHS too but ended up with Barts. I have a former co-worker who now works with King's for about 2 years, and well, she's staying away with King's after the contract as she just hated it. I won't mention her reasons but she went on and suggested Barts to me. And that's why I picked Barts.
