Kindred Hospital in Westminster, CA is hiring nurses

I was talking to some of my fellow classmates that got positions at Kindred Hospital in Westminster, CA and they are telling me that they are in desperate need of RNs, LVNs, and CNAs for all depts and all shifts.

I checked out their job postings and there are indeed lots of openings. I gave HR a call and they said that they are not interviewing new grads nurses at this time but will interview nurses with a minimum of 6 months experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Hi! can we get an interview by telling the hr lady I have SNF experience or do I have to go through the online process and hope they call me off my SNF experience. thanks!

Sure you can do that. You can also walk in, go up to the DON's office to say hello, hand her your resume and say that you are an RN with SNF experience. She'll be impressed by your guts and may refer you to HR to schedule an interview.
