Hey all,
Just spoke with HR dept and was told that they'd be contacting people to schedule interviews by the end of next week. This is for the applicants who applied in July for Staff Nurse I positions in various units.
I've already interviewed with them several times previously. I had a panel interview in September 2011 and was not offered the position. I had a phone interview for an outpatient clinic position earlier this year and was not offered the position. I had another phone interview for a psych position a couple of months ago and have not heard anything from that yet.The folks over at Kern are very nice and welcoming people. They tried their best to make me feel at ease! I think that says a lot about the work environment and the culture of the hospital. Good luck on your interview!
I'm not too happy about the fact that I am incurring time and personal expense to travel to this interview because I am flying in from out of state. However, I must keep trying and not give up if I ever plan to relocate back to California.
TheCommuter, sorry to hear about all the back and forth but I truly admire your persistence!

To all the new grads who interviewed: Were you told when they would be getting back to you? I interviewed a little over 2 weeks ago and was told they would get back to me after all the interviews were conducted. However, I wanted to see if those that interviewed later had more up-to-date info.
If they're interested in hiring you, they will call you before the end of the month. If they have decided to reject you, they will mail a rejection letter before the end of the month. To all the new grads who interviewed: Were you told when they would be getting back to you?
