Who is applying this Spring 2015 to get accepted next spring 2016?!!!? I am really nervous about the TEAS Exam. Has anyone taken it this year? How hard did you think it was?

Also what grades have you received in your classes and how did you do on the TEAS??

Without having a letter delivered yet, I looked on my DegreeWorks for any indication and all of a sudden there are tons of Nursing Class Requirements added... They were't there yesterday!! I hope that is a good sign and that you guys who have been accepted are seeing the same thing :)

So I went on and checked mine and its the same for me. There are nursing classes added. Hopefully this is a good sign! There is also a box that has admission as a check off, that is blank on mine what about you?

Mine is also unchecked. The box that says "Admission to Nursing Professional Program"? This is exactly it below. And then goes on to list all of the nursing classes needed for graduation. Its all brand new as of today so I wonder why change it if I didn't get in? Haha so sorry to blow up everyone's email today! I just am nervous and want to know! Wish I had the nerve to call and ask!

I'm pretty sure all of the letters (both acceptance and rejection) were mailed together. Maybe some post offices are a little slower this week after having Labor Day off, and that's why people haven't heard anything yet? Just a thought

Last semester my degree works also listed all my nursing requirements, but I didn't get in. As for that box, mine isn't checked either. So I would try not to read into degree works to much. I will say that I have friends who got in and were surprised! So best of luck- seems spring maybe slightly easier to get in? Maybe just less applicants.

Hello all. Congratulations for those who have been accepted! I too got my acceptance letter yesterday for the accelerated program--can't wait to start. I have a question, though. I still need to fill the Sociology 2105 prerequisite, has anyone figured out an online transfer equivalent?

Have you emailed Fran about it? They accepted my principles of sociology (aka intro to sociology) from my previous degree. When I asked her about it when they changed the course requirement to the 2105, she said it applied to the traditional track only. (I've been taking prerequisites at KSU since Jan 2014 and they just made this change last semester, but she said I didn't have to re-take the sociology prerequisite). So might be worth shooting her an email about it. :)

OMG ! I just realized it said SOCI 2015 for the traditional prereqs online it says SOCI 2015: Social Issues: Perspectives in Sociology but online for the accelerated prereqs it says SOCI: SOCI 2105 - General Sociology. I too have completed SOCI 1101 introduction to sociology/ general sociology from my previous degree. I'm slightly freaking out because I don't want this to forfeit my acceptance but nonetheless I've emailed Fran for clarification.

Has anyone received a rejection letter yet? Mine hasn't come today so I'm wondering if acceptance and rejection letters were mailed together or separately

A friend of mine received her rejection letter on Tuesday. I think they were mailed together.

I received my acceptance letter for the accelerated program yesterday! However, didn't realize it came until today. I am for sure stoked!

My stats are as follows:

Overall GPA: 3.66

5/7 - 3.89 - 4 A, 1 B

7/12 - 3.92 - 6 A, 1 B

TEAS - 77.3

Wow I'm in Marietta and still haven't gotten a letter. They were mailed last Thurdsay. Anyone else in Cobb not get one yet? I have the worst luck with mail í ½í±Ží ¼í¿¼
