Hello. I applied for the ABSN Program for Spring 2015 and was wondering if anyone has heard anything or know when we should hear from KSU regarding our acceptance status.

Hi, I also applied for ABSN spring 2015 I heard that letters will go out mid September or early October.

Oh really? Good luck to you too then! You know they eliminated the interview portion of the process.

I noticed the KSU website said that you must have completed 7 of the 12 prerequisite courses to apply, 5 of which from math and science. My question is this: does this mean that the 5 math & science prerequisite courses must be completed by the end of fall semester of 2014, in order to apply for fall 2015? I'm asking because I'm considering applying for fall 2015, but I'll be taking some of those prerequisites spring 2015 semester. Actually, at the end of this semester, I'll have completed 7 prerequisites, but only 4 of the math & science prerequisites- so I'll be lacking one I think if they have to be completed by the end of this fall. Any advice is much appreciated!

Those 7 pre requisites must be completed before you can apply and the remainder must be completed before the start of the nursing program fall 2015.

So when you apply, you must have at least 7 prerequisites completed and then you have from the time you apply until the program starts to complete the remaining 5
