Just wondering if anyone out there has applied for Kennesaw State for Spring of 2017. If you have did you apply for Traditional or Accelerated program. And what were your four stats?

You guys know that the orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec 13th.

How did you find out?

I asked Carolyn because I have some family related events in Nov and Dec and wanna avoid

any time conflicts.

Has anyone figured out if anything is required prior to the orientation or i assume that will be discussed at that point?

This may seem like a dumb comment, but my time ticket is for the 10-12th as well, and I was wondering how do we know which classes to sign up for?

The time ticket for October 10-12 is for people who are taking 8 week classes. We'll be signing up for nursing classes in november.

Hi guys, I just got off the phone with KSU admissions and was informed that if this is your first year at KSU you'll be given a later time ticket (the week before classes start), UNLESS you sign up for KSU's orientation-- in which you'll be able to sign up earlier. I was under the impression that because I got into the program that I would have priority over signing up for classes, (since there are only so many people in the program), but that is not the case.

Ps. They have not opened up slots for orientation yet, but it should be open by the end of this week :)

That is how it normally is. While it would suck if you were trying to get into a pre-req as they fill fast, it won't really matter for this program as you are assured a spot in the classes. The only thing that I think you would have to deal with is if you are accelerated and getting the instructor you want for research. That would be the only downside.

This was mostly a concern for me because I need to know my schedule in advance for work-related reasons [rather than a week prior to classes starting].. not a matter of not getting a spot in a class. So for that reason I will still be attending KSU's orientation.

You are referring to the KSU entrance orientation not the nursing orientation right?
