When do the apps open for the specific cohorts? How many cohorts are there?

They open after each cohort starts their first semester. So the January 2025 started and the September 2025 class application opened, rolling deadline through NursingCAS

So obviously everyone has to have their certs done prior to application

I got into a neuro ICU - and I love it there - you still get super critical patients but I feel like the pace is a little slower which was perfect for me as a new grad. 2 years next month. I however, needed the FULL 2 years to be 100% comfortable in taking the next step. Others may not need it. I learned so much more in the past year than my first year in the ICU.

I'm super hesitant to apply to this program. I'm still working on retaking a course first. But I have friend in the Jan cohort , it's super hard. They lost 3 people already

I started my nursing cohort with 110 and graduated with 21. Many underestimate the time commitment that you need for this program. Many try to work and not put in the time needed and the school does not make you sign contracts not to work if they are unable to keep up it's likely that they may have underestimated the time commitment.

So you got your CCRN? It's not actually a requirement for Keiser right? But I guess everyone gets it anyway?

Gotcha! I start in a neuro/vascular ICU this month.

Keiser is my top program right now (mostly because of location and the fact that it's a front loaded program).
