Kansas City starting pay

I'm considering a job at St Lukes in KC. They start at $22.50 and goes up to around $23.75 after 1 year. Other things like their retirement matching seems low too.

Anyone know what other KC hospitals start a new grad RN, no experience?

Kansas has some of the lowest nursing pay rates in the entire country. You are not going to be offered more than the low $20s per hour unless you accept employment outside the acute care hospital setting.
